Denne HF-kraft omdannes til ultralydskraft, dvs. mekanisk kraft, af piezoelektriske svingningssystemer. I SONOREX-enheder bruges PZT-oscillationssystemer (PZT: blyzirkonattitanat) til dette form\u00e5l, som har en s\u00e6rlig h\u00f8j grad af effektivitet.<br>HF-generatoren f\u00e5r str\u00f8m fra nettet via en fuldb\u00f8lge-ensretter og fungerer derfor i dobbelt halvb\u00f8lgetilstand. Denne netdriftstilstand blev valgt til SONOREX-ultralydsbade, fordi den grundl\u00e6ggende repr\u00e6senterer en optimering mellem ydeevne, beskyttelse af de genstande, der skal reng\u00f8res, og st\u00f8jgenerering. Generatorens elektriske output er ikke konstant over tid, men moduleres ved 100 Hz med en sinusformet netsp\u00e6nding - se fig. 1, heltrukken linje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Resum\u00e9:<\/strong><br>- For at forbedre effekten moduleres\/modificeres ultralyden, hvilket i kombination med<strong>\u00a0SweepTec<\/strong> Afh\u00e6ngigt af enheden resulterer dette i en ultralydsspidseffekt p\u00e5 4 eller 8 gange HF-effekten.<br>- For mindre enheder med halvb\u00f8lgeudligning er den maksimale v\u00e6rdi af ultralydsspidseffekten Pus endda op til 8 gange den effektive v\u00e6rdi af netsp\u00e6ndingen: Pus = 8 \u00d7 Peff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Et eksempel:<br>Det ultrasoniske bad <strong>SONOREX SUPER RK 102 H<\/strong> fungerer i dobbelt halvb\u00f8lgetilstand med en effektiv v\u00e6rdi af netsp\u00e6ndingen Peff p\u00e5 120 W; ultralydsspidseffekten Pus er s\u00e5 480 W.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bandelin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/HF-Spitzenleistung.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bandelin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/HF-Spitzenleistung.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-168284\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Der HF-Generator eines Ultraschallbades entnimmt der Netzspannungsquelle elektrische Leistung und&nbsp;wandelt diese in eine Hochfrequenzleistung (HF-Leistung) um.&nbsp;Diese HF-Leistung wird von piezoelektrischen Schwingsystemen in eine Ultraschall-Leistung, also&nbsp;mechanische Leistung, umgewandelt.&nbsp;In SONOREX-Ger\u00e4ten werden hierzu PZT-Schwingsysteme (PZT: Bleizirconat-Titanat) verwendet, die&nbsp;einen besonders hohen Wirkungsgrad haben.Der HF-Generator wird \u00fcber eine Vollweggleichrichtung aus dem Netz gespeist und arbeitet deshalb im&nbsp;Doppelhalbwellenbetrieb.
