Your tasks:
- Application advice on the use of ultrasonic baths and homogenisers for parts cleaning and sample preparation, primarily in biotechnology laboratories
- Product advice and support for customers in selecting the right product according to customer requirements.
- Instruction of clerks in the preparation of quotations and order processing
- Acquisition and support of new national and international dealer customers
- Organisation of user training courses, lectures and seminars in Germany and abroad
- Product and application consulting at trade fairs
- Guidelines for the creation of sales documents by the marketing department
- Writing texts for press releases and specialised articles
- Participation in the requirements design of new developments
- Master data maintenance/support
- Internal training on sales programme
- Monitoring the market and the competition
- Representative consulting in medical and industrial applications of ultrasonic cleaning.
This is what you bring with you:
- Ideally a technical university degree in the fields of biotechnology, food technology, process engineering or similar.
- Basic commercial knowledge
- Conversational skills in German, English, French desirable
- Willingness to help customers, ability to work in a team, reliability, responsible way of working
- Willingness to travel 3-4 trade fair and dealer visits per year
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Driving licence
