Special cleaner
For cleaning and degreasing disassembled and undisassembled machines, tools, equipment and parts in industry and trade. TICKOPUR R 60 is specially designed for cleaning in SONOREX ultrasonic units, but can also be used for immersion, wiping and high-pressure cleaning. When used properly, fast and gentle cleaning is guaranteed.
TICKOPUR R 60 removed:
Coking residues, gumming, soot, grease, oils, waxes, pigments, paint residues, drilling, grinding, polishing and lapping residues
from
Metal (not for light metal, tin and zinc), glass, ceramic, plastic, rubber etc.
TICKOPUR R 60 contains a temporary corrosion protection for ferrous metals.

Instructions for use
Ensure that the cleaning objects are completely wetted. Place hollow objects in such a way that the air escapes completely from the cavities. Reaction time depends on the type and stubbornness of the contamination. Immediately after cleaning, rinse the objects thoroughly with water or deionised water to remove residues.
Material compatibility
Alkali-sensitive materials such as light metals, tin, zinc and non-ferrous metals may be attacked. Preliminary tests on the resistance of these parts are recommended.
