Right of withdrawal <\/strong><\/p>\n

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed).<\/p>\n

The offer of BANDELIN electronic GmbH & Co. KG is directed exclusively at commercial or self-employed customers. Before the order process is completed, the conclusion of the legal transaction for the purpose of commercial or independent use must be confirmed. A conclusion of the legal transaction as a consumer with BANDELIN electronic GmbH & Co. KG is not possible.<\/p>\n

Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is no right of revocation. The return and restocking of ordered goods can be granted with prior approval by BANDELIN electronic GmbH & Co. KG with a restocking fee of 15% of the product price at the time of the order. A return of the goods is only possible if the delivery note date is no longer than 1 month ago.<\/p>\n

The returned goods must be in a brand-new condition. The product labels must be completely intact and legible. The remaining time until the expiry date must be at least 18 months.<\/p>\n

The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If the returned goods are hazardous goods within the meaning of the transport regulations, a collection of the goods by BANDELIN electronic GmbH & Co. KG must arrange for the collection of the goods. The customer shall bear the direct costs arising from the collection. The goods must be sent in the original packaging.<\/p>\n

Goods returned to us will only be accepted after they have been completely cleaned and decontaminated before being sent to us. Each consignment of goods to us must be accompanied by a decontamination declaration, for which the form prepared by us must be used exclusively. The decontamination declaration must
\nbe clearly visible on the outside of the packaging. If this is not the case, no further processing will be carried out by us and the goods will be returned to the customer unopened at the customer's expense.<\/p>\n
