Pour cela, des bougies d'allumage de haute qualit\u00e9 et de haute performance sont utilis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, en raison de la pr\u00e9sence d'impuret\u00e9s dans les gaz de combustion, des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts se forment sur les bougies d'allumage au cours de la dur\u00e9e de fonctionnement des centrales de cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration, ce qui entra\u00eene une d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de la fonction d'allumage.<\/p>\n<p>Ces d\u00e9p\u00f4ts sont principalement constitu\u00e9s de compos\u00e9s soufr\u00e9s incrust\u00e9s qui r\u00e9sultent de la pr\u00e9sence de H2S dans le biogaz. En outre, les compos\u00e9s de silicium pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat de traces dans le biogaz entra\u00eenent la formation d'incrustations d'oxyde de silicium particuli\u00e8rement stables lors de la combustion. Une autre source d'impuret\u00e9s est l'introduction d'huile de lubrification dans la chambre de combustion par la ventilation du carter, le turbocompresseur et la paroi int\u00e9rieure du cylindre lui-m\u00eame. Les r\u00e9sidus d'huile de lubrification insuffisamment br\u00fbl\u00e9s entra\u00eenent un d\u00e9p\u00f4t de suie (charbon d'huile) \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du moteur et en particulier sur les bougies d'allumage.<\/p>\n<p>La cons\u00e9quence de bougies d'allumage encrass\u00e9es est une combustion insuffisante dans l'unit\u00e9 de cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration, ce qui entra\u00eene une r\u00e9duction de la puissance du moteur et une augmentation des \u00e9missions polluantes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00e9viter une mauvaise combustion et d'\u00e9ventuels dommages cons\u00e9cutifs, il convient de surveiller de pr\u00e8s l'\u00e9tat des bougies d'allumage et de recommander un nettoyage intensif r\u00e9gulier par ultrasons.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un nettoyage par ultrasons avec une pr\u00e9paration de nettoyage adapt\u00e9e, les bougies d'allumage retrouvent leurs performances.<\/p>\n<p>L'avantage principal du nettoyage des bougies d'allumage dans un nettoyeur \u00e0 ultrasons, par rapport \u00e0 une brosse m\u00e9tallique, r\u00e9side dans le meilleur r\u00e9sultat de nettoyage dans les interstices et l'absence d'abrasion m\u00e9canique, in\u00e9vitable avec une brosse m\u00e9tallique. En particulier pour les bougies d'allumage \u00e0 chambre de pr\u00e9combustion utilis\u00e9es par exemple dans les centrales de cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration MWM, les ultrasons permettent un nettoyage dans les fines ouvertures de la bougie d'allumage, qui ne pourraient pas \u00eatre atteintes avec une brosse.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s de nombreuses ann\u00e9es d'essais, la dur\u00e9e de vie des bougies d'allumage d'une centrale de cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration GE Jenbacher de 500 kW fonctionnant au biogaz a pu \u00eatre augment\u00e9e \u00e0 8 000-10 000 heures gr\u00e2ce au nettoyage par ultrasons, contre 6 000 heures auparavant. Si l'on consid\u00e8re le co\u00fbt d'un jeu de bougies d'allumage d'environ 4 000 euros, l'investissement dans un nettoyeur \u00e0 ultrasons est amorti en un an.
