L'effet des bains \u00e0 ultrasons est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par l'intensit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9partition de la cavitation typique du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 dans la cuve oscillante. Le test de la feuille est une m\u00e9thode simple pour repr\u00e9senter l'intensit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9partition de la cavitation dans un bac \u00e0 ultrasons. Pour ce faire, une feuille d'aluminium ins\u00e9r\u00e9e est perfor\u00e9e ou d\u00e9truite par la cavitation jusqu'\u00e0 un certain degr\u00e9, en fonction de la dur\u00e9e.<br \/>\n  Les diapositives peuvent \u00eatre archiv\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e (scannage, photo, etc.). Il est ainsi possible de comparer les films \u00e0 tout moment. Les surfaces perfor\u00e9es ou trou\u00e9es des films doivent pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s la m\u00eame \u00e9tendue et la m\u00eame r\u00e9partition - elles ne sont jamais identiques. Seuls des tests r\u00e9guliers des films permettent de v\u00e9rifier les processus, par exemple lors du traitement des dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux.<br \/>\n  Le choix du cadre \u00e0 feuilles d\u00e9pend de la taille du nettoyeur \u00e0 ultrasons. Les cadres en fil m\u00e9tallique sont con\u00e7us pour une large palette de dimensions de bacs. Pour la r\u00e9alisation des tests, des d\u00e9coupes de film (FL 4, FL 14, FL 40, FL 45) sont \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaires.
