Description
The flow stage or booster horn is used to produce stable mixtures of liquids (oil/water) that are otherwise immiscible or difficult to mix. Two different media can be continuously sonicated and homogenised by directly feeding the premixed substances into the cavitation field.
Various vessels can be connected to the external thread and combined to form a highly effective ultrasonic reactor for continuous operation. Depending on the sonication vessel, simultaneous cooling of the reactor can be implemented.
