Description
The dosing unit for the TRISON enables automated filling and emptying of the ultrasonic bath with water and cleaning chemicals. All processes are controlled via the central TRISON Base control unit.
In addition to the initial filling at the start of the shift, a fully automatic water change with rinsing and subsequent degassing of the bath fluid can also be selected.
The special feature of the filling device compared to conventional dosing units is the late combination of the water with the cleaning chemicals directly in the appliance, which prevents the risk of contamination in the pipes. In addition, contamination of the water pipes in the event of a pressure drop due to backflowing cleaning solution can be completely ruled out thanks to the free outlet in accordance with DIN EN 1717. Another advantage of the separate feed is the option to prevent foaming by adding the cleaning chemicals only after the water has been filled.
The comparatively low dosing tolerance of less than +4% is achieved by recording the dosing quantity using scales. Another advantage of the scales is the continuous fill level display, which enables precise planning of canister changes.
The dosing unit can also be retrofitted to existing TRISON 4000.2 units.
Thanks to the innovative design, only a chemical-resistant hose comes into contact with the cleaning concentrate, which can be replaced by the user after approx. 2 years without tools.
