REF/LOT number
The REF/LOT number is made up of the part number (REF) and the production date (LOT). Both numbers can be found on the label on the product packaging.
Example/Example: 3027 & 04-2022 = 302704-2022
Serial number
The serial number of the unit can be found on the unit's label.
Example/Example: 303.00151792.050
