TICKOPUR J 80 U for deoxidation and cleaning of non-ferrous and precious metals in craft, industry and laboratories. When used properly, fast and gentle deoxidation and cleaning is guaranteed. TICKOPUR J 80 U is specially designed for deoxidation and cleaning in SONOREX ultrasonic units, but can also be used for immersion and wiping applications.

Parts made of precious metals and their alloys, copper, bronze, brass such as jewellery, coins, art objects, etc.
Jewellery with pearls, corals and amber as well as gold-plated and silver-plated objects may be attacked. Deoxidise different metals in separate containers.

Instructions for use
Fill the tank of the ultrasonic bath with contact liquid, e.g. TICKOPUR R 33 - 3 %. Pour TICKOPUR J 80 U into an insert vessel (e.g. beaker) and suspend it in the ultrasonic bath. The exposure time should not exceed 30 seconds in the ultrasonic bath or 3 minutes in the immersion or wiping bath. Do not heat additionally.
Immediately after cleaning, rinse the items to be cleaned thoroughly with water, or with deionised water to remove residues, and dry.
Material compatibility
Keep deoxidation time to a minimum. Preliminary tests on the resistance of sensitive materials are recommended.
