Description

Special cleaner
Concentrate - base phosphoric acid
For descaling and rust removal from machine parts, fittings, water meters, workpieces, chains, glass and ceramic parts in industry, trade and laboratories. TICKOPUR R 27 is specially designed for cleaning in SONOREX ultrasonic devices, but can also be used for immersion and wipe cleaning.
When used properly, fast and gentle cleaning is guaranteed.

TICKOPUR R 27 removed:
Heavy mineral deposits such as lime, silicates, phosphates, cements, etc., as well as rust, tarnish, metal oxides, grease and oil films.

Instructions for use
Ensure that the cleaning objects are completely wetted. Place hollow objects in such a way that the air escapes completely from the cavities. Concentration and exposure time depending on the type and stubbornness of the soiling. Increase the temperature to max. 60 °C to accelerate the cleaning process. After cleaning, rinse the items to be cleaned thoroughly with water or deionised water to remove residues.

Material compatibility
TICKOPUR R 27 is suitable for many materials. Take care with tin, zinc, light metals and unprotected steel. Preliminary tests on the resistance of sensitive materials are recommended.

Safety instructions

P305+P351+P338 IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.
Remove existing contact lenses if possible. Continue rinsing.
