Description
The recirculating air dryer is used for drying cleaned and rinsed workpieces. The air heated by electric heating elements is directed via air guides specifically onto the objects to be dried. This ensures time-saving drying even of parts with high water adhesion. For this purpose, the circulating air is drawn in at the bottom of the tub via a fan and discharged into the drying chamber at the side walls. A small part of the circulating air flow is always exchanged via the unit, which is open at the top. The ability of the circulating air to absorb moisture is thus preserved. The desired drying temperature and the operating time are set via the operating elements on the front. Insulation made of aluminium-coated glass-fibre mats guarantees time-saving heating of the drying chamber and efficient operation. For optimum drying performance, the dryer should be installed in a well-ventilated room.
