Description

Oil and suspended matter separator to extend the service life and increase the volume of aqueous cleaning liquids. When using a demulsifying ultrasonic cleaning concentrate, cleaned oil reaches the surface of the bath and is directed to the oil separator with the help of the overflow pocket in the ultrasonic bath.

The oil separator consists of Chamber 1, which serves as the separation chamber with an inlet of G 1 and an oil outlet of G ¾, and Chamber 2, which serves as the storage tank with a submersible pump, level control and a G ¾ ball valve for returning the liquid to the ultrasonic tank, including a filter unit with a 9 ¾” wound cartridge filter.
The tank body including lid is made of stainless steel 1.4404.
