Description
Oil and suspended matter separator to extend the service life and increase the volume of aqueous cleaning liquids. When using a demulsifying ultrasonic cleaning concentrate, cleaned oil reaches the surface of the bath and is directed to the oil separator with the help of the overflow pocket in the ultrasonic bath.
The oil separator consists of chamber 1 as a separation chamber with inlet G 1 and oil drain G ¾ as well as chamber 2 as a receiver tank with immersion pump, level control and a ball valve G ½ for returning the liquid to the ultrasonic tank, including filter unit with 9 ¾ winding candle.
The tank body including lid is made of stainless steel 1.4404.
