STAMMOPUR DB
Drill disinfection and intensive cleaning
Ready-to-use solution for manual drill disinfection and intensive cleaning in an ultrasonic bath for dental, rotating and non-rotating small and precision instruments as well as small endodontic instruments, e.g. drills, burs, diamond burs and root canal instruments. Can also be used for disinfection without ultrasound in the milling machine (immersion bath method).
The preparation is used in the process of instrument reprocessing in dental practices and dental clinics.
Can be used for final disinfection.

Material compatibility and impurities
STAMMOPUR DB has a very high material compatibility.
Not for alkali and alcohol-sensitive materials, e.g. light metals such as aluminium and anodised parts, as well as instruments bonded with synthetic resin, applied colour coding and ceramic abrasives.
For these materials we recommend STAMMOPUR DR 8.
Cleans and disinfects manually and intensively the following materials

- Carbide, also diamond tipped,

- Porcelain,
- Ceramics,
and plastic.
The corrosion protection in STAMMOPUR DB is effective during the recommended application for corrosion-sensitive drills and is removed by the subsequent rinsing.
Application
The exclusively professional users are trained specialists.
The application is carried out undiluted either in an ultrasonic bath (indirect) or in a milling machine (immersion bath method).
TICKOMED 1 (1%ig) is recommended as contact fluid.
Dosage and contact time
Application of the ready-to-use solution in the ultrasonic bath in the insert vessel:
Bactericidal, fungicidal, tuberculocidal, mycobactericidal,
virucidal in each case under high load: 5 min
Application of the ready-to-use solution without ultrasound:
Bactericidal, fungicidal, tuberculocidal, mycobactericidal,
virucidal in each case under high load: 5 min
Temperature: prepare cold and do not heat additionally (max. 35 °C).
Composition per 100g:
30.0 g 2-propanol,
0.1 g didecyldimethylammonium chloride,
Sodium hydroxide,
Inhibitors,
inorganic salts
Product pH range: strongly alkaline
The application takes place without further dilution.
Mixing additives into the cleaning solution is not permitted.
Special notes
Do not treat bonded parts with ultrasound.
