Instrument cleaner
Concentrate for the removal of contaminants from tools, workpieces and medical devices from production and processing in the dental laboratory.
The preparation is mainly used in dental laboratories to remove machining residues such as waxes and polishing and grinding residues on dental prostheses such as crowns, implants, dentures as well as on machining tools.
Particularly suitable for removing stubborn, dried impurities from blood, secretions, sputum and tissue residues.
The application is carried out both in an ultrasonic bath and in an immersion bath.
Also for manual cleaning and pre-cleaning of dental, surgical, invasive and non-invasive dental instruments, accessories and components of medical devices.
The use in the process of instrument reprocessing takes place in the dental practice, dental clinic, oral surgery and orthodontics.

Material compatibility and impurities
STAMMOPUR RD 5 has a very high material compatibility.
Not suitable for use on aluminium and alkali-sensitive materials such as copper, brass, tin, zinc.

Application
The exclusively professional users are trained specialists.
The application is intended for cleaning and pre-cleaning as part of technical cleaning in the dental laboratory as well as for manual instrument preparation in the practice and clinic.
Dosage and contact time
Dosage:
in ultrasonic bath: 3%
without ultrasound: 5%
Exposure time:
in ultrasonic bath: 3-10 min
without ultrasound: exposure time depending on the type and stubbornness of the contamination, max. 60 minutes.
Temperature:
For fresh contamination with blood and proteins, prepare cold.
Can be heated up to 60 °C for stubborn contamination.
Composition per 100g:
1-< 10 % anionische Tenside,
1-< 10 % nichtionische Tenside,
1-< 10 % Komplexbildner,
1-< 10 % 2-Propanol,
1-< 10 % Phenole,
1-< 1,0 % Natriumhydroxid.
Produkt-pH-Bereich: alkalisch
Die Anwendung erfolgt verdünnt mit Wasser mit mindestens Trinkwasserqualität.
Eine Beimischung von Zusätzen in die Reinigungslösung ist nicht zulässig.
Besondere Hinweise
Optiken, Lichtleiter und geklebte Teile nicht mit Ultraschall behandeln.

P305+P351+P338 BEI KONTAKT MIT DEN AUGEN: Einige Minuten lang behutsam mit Wasser ausspülen.
Eventuell vorhandene Kontaktlinsen nach Möglichkeit entfernen. Weiter ausspülen.
