This is what you bring with you:
- A degree in business administration or commercial training in office management or equivalent training
- Several years of experience in human resources
- IT skills and knowledge of DATEV
- Knowledge of financial accounting
- Assertiveness and negotiating skills
- An independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Good communication
- ERP system knowledge desired
