Booster horns
A booster horn amplifies the amplitude generated by the ultrasonic transducer with its slightly flared design. The booster horn is provided with an internal thread for mounting a sonotrode. The external thread is used for the pressure-tight connection of sonication vessels. Separate adapters are available depending on the sonication vessel.
Step and booster horns for interchangeable horns
They transmit the vibrations to the horn and increase its amplitude. The corresponding horn is firmly screwed to the ultrasonic transducer.
Horns SH for the connection of exchangeable horns; horns TH have a fixed tip. All have an external thread for connecting various vessels with a standard ground joint adapter.

Flow horns
For the production of stable mixtures of liquids that are otherwise immiscible or difficult to mix (oil / water). Various standard ground vessels can be connected to the external thread with adapters NA. In combination with the flow cell DG 4 G, two different media can be continuously sonicated and tempered by direct feeding into the cavitation field.

Vessel adapter
Made of PTFE or stainless steel for tight connection of laboratory vessels with standard ground joint or flange. Using the adapters, existing sonication vessels can be connected to the step or booster horn with external thread.
