TRISON

An effective cleaning process for robotic instruments demonstrably comes about when, through permanent movement, the working tools and wire rope hoists

high-quality medical instruments with a special focus on robotic instruments.

The new standard in pre-cleaning robotic instruments

The core of the TRISON is the innovative TRISON Twist movement unit for up to four robotic instruments. Special spring-loaded drivers engage the underside of the instruments and move them during sonication. The surgical working tools are rotated and actuated at the tip for an all-round ultrasound effect. Integrated slip clutches prevent damage to the delicate cable pulls and drive rollers.

In addition, the cleaning process is supported by a permanent flushing of the instruments. For this purpose, the instruments are connected to the rinsing circuit of the TRISON Base control unit via hoses. Impurities that are sucked off go directly into the replaceable filter and thus do not get back into the bath fluid. Various test series with real contaminated instruments and additionally with standardised test contaminants confirm the effectiveness of the new TRISON cleaning concept.

Dosiereinheit DU 4000

Die integrierte Dosiereinheit befüllt automatisch mit Wasser und Reinigungspräparat, ermöglicht den Wasserwechsel sowie das Entleeren der Schwingwanne. Ein Füllstandssensor verhindert Überfüllen und Fehldosieren. Die Bedienung erfolgt über das Touchdisplay der Base. Die Einheit ist wartungsarm, der Kanisterwechsel einfach. Zum Set gehören eine Pumpeneinheit, eine Waage, ein elektrischer Kugelhahn und eine Rohrkombination.

Reinigungspistole RP 5

Die eingebaute Reinigungspistole erweist sich als besonders praktisch, da sie das Abspülen der Instrumente nach dem eigentlichen Reinigungsprozess ermöglicht und zugleich auch dafür genutzt werden kann, die anschließend leere Schwingwanne gründlich zu reinigen. Gefertigt ist die Pistole vollständig aus hochwertigem Edelstahl. Sie ist als Medizinprodukt zugelassen und lässt sich sowohl thermisch desinfizieren als auch zuverlässig sterilisieren.

Klappdeckel D 4000 K-R

Der integrierte Klappdeckel trägt wesentlich zur Reduzierung der durch den Ultraschall entstehenden Geräusche bei und sorgt so für eine angenehmere Arbeitsumgebung. Er bleibt im geöffneten Zustand automatisch in der gewünschten Position stehen, was die Handhabung erleichtert und zusätzlichen Platz spart. Da der Deckel aus transparentem Kunststoff besteht, ist eine durchgehende visuelle Kontrolle und Überwachung des Prozesses jederzeit ohne Einschränkung möglich.

Nachrüstbarkeit der DU 4000, RP 5 und D 4000 K-R

Die Dosiereinheit DU 4000 kann problemlos in alle bestehenden TRISON 4000.2 Ultraschallbäder nachgerüstet werden. Hierfür ist ein spezielles Nachrüstset erhältlich, das zusätzlich zur DU 4000 bestellt werden kann.

Die Nachrüstung umfasst:

die Installation eines Füllstandsensors in der vorhandenen Schwingwanne,
den Austausch der bestehenden Ablaufgarnitur sowie
ein mögliches Software-Update der Base, um die DU 4000 bequem über das große Touch-Display bedienen zu können.

Für das ältere Modell TRISON 4000 ist eine direkte Nachrüstung der DU 4000 nicht möglich. Hier wäre zunächst ein Umbau auf das Modell TRISON 4000.2 erforderlich.

Die Reinigungspistole RP 5 lässt sich an allen Varianten der TRISON-Reihe sowie an weiteren Ultraschall-Einbaugeräten wie dem SONOREX ZE nachrüsten. Voraussetzung ist lediglich ein zusätzlicher Wasseranschluss.

Der Klappdeckel D 4000 K-R kann – abhängig von den örtlichen Gegebenheiten und der Einbausituation in Edelstahlschränken – ggf. ebenfalls nachgerüstet werden.
