Dental Instrument Cleaner
Concentrate for manual cleaning and pre-cleaning of dental, surgical, invasive and non-invasive medical instruments, rotating and non-rotating small and precision instruments as well as small endodontic instruments, accessories and components of medical devices, both in an ultrasonic bath and in an immersion bath process.
The preparation is used in the process of instrument preparation in dental practices, dental clinics, oral surgery and orthodontics.
The application is intended for cleaning and pre-cleaning as part of manual reprocessing.

Material compatibility and impurities
TICKOMED 1 has a very high material compatibility.
Due to the formulation in the mild-alkaline range, the preparation is even suitable for aluminium and anodised parts.

TICKOMED 1 has a very high cleaning effect. In the ultrasonic bath, it leads to a reduction in the time of the cleaning process due to the physical support in the multitude of applications.
Recommended as contact liquid for the indirect process in the ultrasonic bath for STAMMOPUR GR and STAMMOPUR Z.
Dosage and contact time
Dosage:
in ultrasonic bath: 3%
without ultrasound: 5%
Exposure time:
in ultrasonic bath: 3-10 min
without ultrasound: exposure time depending on the type and stubbornness of the contamination, max. 12 hours. For aluminium and its alloys, do not exceed an exposure time of 60 minutes.
Temperature:
For fresh impurities, prepare cold,
Can be heated up to 60 °C for stubborn contamination.
Composition per 100g:
5-15 % non-ionic surfactants,
5-15 % Cationic surfactants,
< 5 % Phosphat,
Komplexbildner
Produkt-pH-Bereich: mild alkalisch
Die Anwendung erfolgt verdünnt mit Wasser mit mindestens Trinkwasserqualität.
Eine Beimischung von Zusätzen in die Reinigungslösung ist nicht zulässig.
Besondere Hinweise
Optiken, Lichtleiter und geklebte Teile nicht mit Ultraschall behandeln.

Eventuell vorhandene Kontaktlinsen nach Möglichkeit entfernen. Weiter ausspülen.
