Instrument cleaner
Concentrate for manual cleaning and pre-cleaning of general, surgical, invasive and non-invasive medical instruments, accessories and components of medical devices in an ultrasonic bath as well as in an immersion bath process.
The preparation is used in the process of instrument reprocessing in the AEMP (reprocessing unit for medical devices) in the clinic, the doctor's practice and in medical foot care.
For endoscopes and accessories, the suitability recommendations of the companies Karl Storz GmbH and Richard Wolf GmbH are available.

Material compatibility and impurities
STAMMOPUR R has a very high material compatibility due to its formulation in the mild-alkaline range.

Application
The exclusively professional users are trained specialists.
The application is intended for cleaning and pre-cleaning as part of manual reprocessing.
Recommended as 2%ige - contact liquid for STAMMOPUR GR.
Dosage and contact time
Dosage:
in ultrasonic bath: 2%
without ultrasound: 3-5%
Exposure time:
in ultrasonic bath: 3-10 min
without ultrasound: exposure time depending on the type and stubbornness of the contamination, max. 12 hours.
Temperature:
For fresh contamination with blood and proteins, prepare cold.
Can be heated up to 60 °C for stubborn contamination.
Composition per 100g:
> 10 % 2-propanol
1 –< 10 % anionic surfactants,
1 -< 10 % non-ionic surfactants,
1 -< 10 % Complexing agent,
0,1 -< 1.0 % Alkalis.
Product pH range: mildly alkaline
Application diluted with water of at least drinking water quality.
Additives must not be mixed into the cleaning solution.
Special instructions
Do not treat optics, light guides and bonded parts with ultrasound.

P305+P351+P338 IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.
Remove contact lenses if possible. Continue to rinse.
