Das TRISON ist ein modular aufgebautes Ultraschallbad für die intensive (Vor)-Reinigung von hochwertigen medizinischen Instrumenten.
The combination of the listed methods of action optimises the cleaning process:
Ultrasound
Contamination, including at the distal end and in the hard-to-reach lumen of the instruments, is thoroughly cleaned off using gentle ultrasonic cavitation without damaging the instruments. Only areas of the instrument that are difficult or impossible to access manually are reached, as ultrasound is effective wherever bath fluid is present. Mechanical damage, such as scratches, is avoided ("electronic brushing").
Suction flushing
Spülbare MIC-Instrumente werden mit einer Saugspülung gereinigt.
Individual instrument test
Im TRISON 4000.2 MIC werden MIC-Instrumente während der Ultraschallreinigung gründlich gespült und einzeln auf Durchfluss geprüft.
Clogged instruments are detected by the software and identified after reprocessing.
