Clean valves

Ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning inlet and outlet valves.

Deposits of paraffins and soot on the exhaust valves worsen the removal of combustion gases from the engine.

Especially with the use of exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) in newer diesel engines, the intake valves are also affected by deposits.

Ultrasonic cleaning can be used to recondition the engine parts.

Especially for this application, BANDELIN offers a complete solution that has proven itself with many users in the automotive sector - cleaning with high-performance ultrasound. The valves are placed in a SONOREX SUPER ultrasonic bath with the biodegradable cleaning concentrate TICKOPUR TR 13 for a few minutes at 70° C °C and the dirt deposits are gently removed in an environmentally friendly manner. The ultrasound creates microscopically small bubbles which, when they implode, gently remove the dirt even from hard-to-reach areas of the valves. After installation, the cleaned valves function reliably again. Ultrasonic baths in various sizes as well as a wide range of accessories are available for a high cleaning volume.
