Clean electronics

Ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning blanks after production or for maintenance.

During the production of electronic components, soiling such as flux residues and unsoldered solder pastes must be removed from the assembled circuit boards. Also during the maintenance of electronic components such as fire alarms or printed circuit boards, soiling such as dust, oils, greases, beverage residues or soot must be removed from the boards to ensure reliable operation.

Cleaning with ultrasound enables gentle and at the same time thorough cleaning of the electronic board to increase the operational safety of the entire system.

Ultrasound cleaning

Temperature: 40 °C

Duration: 10-15 min

Cleaning preparation:

TICKOPUR TR 14

Dosage: 10 %

Especially for the cleaning of unassembled and assembled PCBs, BANDELIN offers a complete solution that has proven itself with many users - cleaning with high-performance ultrasound. The PCBs from the manufacturing process are placed in a SONOREX SUPER ultrasonic bath with the biodegradable cleaning concentrate TICKOPUR TR 14 for a few minutes at 40 °C and the dirt deposits are gently removed in an environmentally friendly manner. For service cleaning of circuit boards, we recommend the biodegradable cleaning concentrate TICKOPUR RW 77.

The ultrasound creates microscopically small bubbles which, when they implode, gently remove the dirt even from hard-to-reach places. After rinsing, drying and installation of the cleaned circuit board, it functions reliably again. The service life is considerably extended by this gentle cleaning method, and time and costs are saved. Ultrasonic baths in various sizes as well as a wide range of accessories are available for a high cleaning volume.
