Especially for this application, BANDELIN offers a complete solution that has proven itself with many users, e.g. in industry - cleaning with high-performance ultrasound. The metal hoses are placed in a SONOREX SUPER ultrasonic bath with the biodegradable cleaning concentrate TICKOPUR R 33 for a few minutes at 50 - 60 °C and the dirt deposits are gently removed in an environmentally friendly way. The ultrasound creates microscopically small bubbles which, when they implode, gently remove the dirt even from hard-to-reach places. After installation of the cleaned flexible hoses, they function reliably again. The service life is considerably extended by this gentle cleaning method, and time and costs are saved. Ultrasonic baths in various sizes as well as extensive accessories are available for different hose sizes.
