Deposits of paraffins and soot on the engine components, especially of 2-stroke engines, deteriorate combustion and increase fuel consumption. After intensive ultrasonic cleaning, the components regain their original performance.
Especially for this application, BANDELIN offers a complete solution that has proven itself with many users, e.g. in the maintenance of chain saws and in the model building sector - cleaning with high-performance ultrasound. The engine parts are placed in a SONOREX SUPER ultrasonic bath with the biodegradable cleaning concentrate TICKOPUR R 33 for a few minutes at 50 - 60 °C and dirt deposits such as soot are gently removed in an environmentally friendly manner. The ultrasound creates microscopically small bubbles which, when they implode, gently remove the dirt even from hard-to-reach places in the housing. After ultrasonic cleaning, the parts are rinsed with tap water and can be used again. The service life is considerably extended by this gentle cleaning method, and time and costs are saved. Ultrasonic baths in various sizes as well as a wide range of accessories are available for a high cleaning volume.
