The ultrasound-resistant temperature sensor can be used to detect the temperature in the sample in the range from 0 to 120 ° C. When the temperature sensor is connected to the ultrasound generator, the temperature module is activated and a limit value for switching off the ultrasound energy input can be set. An undesired, excessive heating of the sonicated sample is thus excluded.
